Designed to enhance the fan experience, all 40 restrooms at this new state-of the-art soccer stadium kick the ball out of the park. In July 2018, Audi Field became the official new home of Major League Soccer's most decorated club, D.C. United, located in the heart of Washington, DC. This impressive 20,000 seat capacity stadium houses 40 restrooms that are used by fans, players, officials and staff. The general contractor, Regional Contracting Services in Washington, DC, worked with the design team at Populous to create restrooms that accommodate high traffic and large crowds while elevating aesthetics, simplifying maintenance and reinforcing a positive fan experience.
