Winner of Metal Construction Assn.’s Chairman’s Award, the Keller Court Commons project in Petaluma, Calif., by MAD Architecture, was recognized for its standing seam roof attachment solutions. A “pocket neighborhood” of eight houses, with a small common building, the community draws on the historic agricultural influences of the area, while delivering a low-maintenance housing solution.
The architect chose S-5!’s PV attachments as they would not violate roof integrity.
