Whisper and Whisper Flex, Creative Systems Lighting

A Los Angeles–based division of Hudson Valley Lighting Group, CSL has launched a new generation of its Whisper Standard recessed downlight with a ½" aperture. CSL’s proprietary Silent Vu optic technology produces glare-free light up to 1,063 lm, which is suitable for general, task, or accent lighting with a footprint smaller than a dime. The adjustable Whisper Flex, with a ¾" aperture, can tilt from zero to 30° and pan 360° while allowing for installation and service from below the ceiling. Both meet California Title 24-JA8 and are rated for Wet Location and Air Tight. csllighting.com

Casper Collection, LightArt

The latest addition to this 3form company’s family is a minimalist, white architectural light fixture that is evenly luminous on all four sides. Modular joints can connect the 12" segments into continuous runs for a full ceiling solution or intricate patterns and shapes. With this launch, LightArt has completely redesigned its Casper family, including its LEDs, drivers, lens, and housing construction, which resulted in a 30% weight reduction across all components. Rated for 70,000 operational hours, though LightArt believes 100,000 hours is possible. Tunable white and color-changing RGB are available. lightart.com

Magic Mushroom, Diesel Living with Lodes

Inspired from the retro blown-glass lamps of the 1960s, this eye-catching table lamp is suitable for hospitality, front-of-house, and residential settings. Combining a naturally irregular glass diffuser with a steel base, Magic Mushroom produces a dimmable light through a 14.9" diameter diffuser that creates a reflected-water effect on the surfaces it illuminates. lodes.com

Nano Linear luminaires, Optique Lighting

This family of customizable, low-profile architectural luminaires represents the intersection between high-quality tape lighting and architectural linear lighting. The Angolo, Trapezio, Rettangolo I, II and III Nano Linear luminaires come in five sizes with a clean look, thanks to hidden mounting hardware, countersunk hardware on its metal end caps, and grommets that prevent light leaks. The Nano Linear luminaires are offered in continuous lengths up to 8 feet and in continuous runs, using multiple fixtures, up to 83-1/4 feet. Available in more than 10 lumen output packages for indoor and outdoor use, as well as in seven color temperatures, from 2200K to 5000K. optique-lighting.com
