Engineered for demanding commercial membrane floor applications, the MIFAB F1320-C heavy-duty area drain combines durability with reliable drainage performance. Its cast iron body incorporates an integral anchor flange, membrane clamp with primary and secondary weepholes, and a 9-inch adjustable tractor grate designed to withstand heavy traffic in warehouses, mechanical rooms, parking structures, and other industrial environments. These drains were installed in the main floor of the San Francisco Flower Market near vendor stalls and general areas.
