Garden Roof Assembly

The Garden Roof Assembly can be found interspersed across the canyon-like crack, private amenity deck units, and the rooftop pool area of the One River North project designed by MAD Architects. A custom blend of Hydrotech LiteTop Growing media was created based on the physical, nutritional, and biological requirements of the different types of plants selected by the designer for the Denver climate. The water stored in the growing media and drainage/retention layer help contribute to the stormwater management requirements of the building.
