The historic building underwent the largest historic redevelopment in the nation in 2019 to serve as one of Chicago’s business hubs. Built in 1921, the Old Chicago Post Office was once the largest of its kind in the world, capable of handling 19 million pieces of mail each day. Located in one of the most drought-stricken regions of the country, water-efficient, sustainable fixtures were chosen for sustainable measures, and to enhance the fan experience. Officially opened on Sept. 6, 2019, the new state-of-the-art venue is a sports and entertainment hub and a beacon for the entire Bay Area. Home to one the six-time nba Champion Golden State Warriors, the arena hosts concerts and events and will boast a booming culinary and retail presence.

Joining forces, Sloan has partnered with GOJO Industries, inventor of the Purell hand sanitizer, to create matching faucets and soap dispensers offering the same style, performance and durability, thereby creating the ideal on-deck experience. Benjamin Franklin High School, known for its educational excellence and national ranking, is a selective charter school adjacent to the University of New Orleans originally built in the 1980s.
