Align Bar Self-Adjusting Hem Bar Solution

Align Bar provides a self-adjusting hem bar solution for FlexShade ZIP shade installations where exterior floors are out of level. When used with the hem bar liner, it accommodates slope differences up to 4" across widths up to 16'. The floating, extruded aluminum bar attaches to and encapsulates the standard hem bar, allowing it to follow angled surfaces and maintain a sealed, finished appearance. Sized at 5.17" h × 1.31" d, it features black brush liners along the bottom edge and endcaps and is finished to match the standard hem bar, headbox, and side channels. Align Bar can be retrofitted into existing installed ZIP hem bars on units 16' w and under.
