Murrye Bernard, R.A., LEED AP, is an architect, writer and editor. Currently a writer and strategist with Thornton Tomasetti, Murrye previously served as a consultant with Relative Space and as the managing editor of Contract magazine. Her writing has appeared in many architecture and design publications, including Architect, Architectural Record, Architectural Lighting, At Home in Arkansas, Design Bureau, and Eco-Structure. She earned her B.Arch. from the University of Arkansas and gained design experience with Polk Stanley Rowland Curzon Porter Architects (now Polk Stanley Wilcox) in Little Rock and with TEK Architects in New York. Now based in Louisiana, Murrye is a licensed architect in the state of New York.
