The company renovated its flagship store in London, installing 245 of the lamps in the process. Lighting designer Lightplan and interior designer Teresa Hastings selected Soraa products for their color rendering, versatility for beam adjustment and their ability to elegantly spotlight the merchandise and architecture at the same time. Digital Realty Trust, a global provider of data center solutions, entered the suburban Chicago market by acquiring a 575,000-sq. ft., single-story warehouse/light industrial facility in Franklin Park, Ill. A high-rise auto dealership relies on high-function VRCs to keep things rolling. Following a two-year planning and construction period, the $25 million, 7-story, 142,000-sq.-ft. Audi Central Houston facility, Houston, opened March 2014. It is one of the tallest, most high-tech dealerships in the country. At the MUMUTH Music Theatre in Graz, Austria, a shimmering metal façade is the perfect complement to the building’s combination of movement and music. Located in Austria’s student-based city, the MUMUTH Music Theatre at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz combines a unit-based volume—the black box of the theater—and a series of movement-based volumes—the foyer and public circulation areas.
